Payment options at checkout
The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during the secure checkout process. Availability can depend on the billing location, order details, and the payment services currently enabled on the website.
Pay only through the website
- Review the store name, order total, billing details, and currency before confirming payment.
- Prices and checkout totals are displayed in United States dollars (USD).
- Do not send payment to an address, account, or social-media profile that is not presented by the website checkout.
- If a payment attempt is interrupted, check My Account or contact customer service before trying repeatedly.
Saved payment methods
When the selected payment service supports saved methods, registered customers can review the available controls in the Payment Methods section of My Account. The options shown there are determined by WooCommerce and the active payment service.
Payment questions
If checkout reports an error or the order status is unclear, contact customer service with the order number and the wording of the message. Never send full card numbers, passwords, or security codes through the contact form.
