Pokémon TCG: The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box (Japanese SV10)

Step into the world of Team Rocket with the Pokémon TCG: The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box. This Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion brings back the iconic villainous organization, featuring Team Rocket’s Pokémon, recognizable Trainers, and striking card artwork inspired by the legendary group led by Giovanni.

Each Japanese booster box contains 30 booster packs, with 5 cards per pack, for a total of 150 cards across the sealed box. Released in Japan on April 18, 2025, The Glory of Team Rocket is part of the Scarlet & Violet era and is identified by the Japanese set code SV10.

Whether you’re collecting Team Rocket-themed Pokémon cards, searching for Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex, or expanding a Japanese Pokémon TCG collection, this booster box offers an opportunity to explore one of the franchise’s most recognizable themes.

What Is The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box?

The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box is a Japanese Pokémon TCG sealed product built around Team Rocket and its Pokémon. The expansion features cards associated with Giovanni, Team Rocket’s Pokémon, and Trainers connected to the organization.

Unlike English-language booster boxes, the Japanese SV10 version contains 30 packs with 5 cards per pack. This makes it important to check the language and set code when purchasing, particularly if you’re building a collection focused on English Pokémon cards.

The Japanese edition was released on April 18, 2025, and features Team Rocket-themed cards with distinctive artwork and collectible rarities.

What’s Included in The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box?

Each standard Japanese The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box contains:

• 1 sealed Japanese Pokémon TCG booster box
• 30 The Glory of Team Rocket booster packs
• 5 cards per booster pack
• 150 cards across 30 packs, before accounting for any packaging or other non-card materials

The cards are randomly distributed, so specific Pokémon, rarities, and illustrations are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer. Individual boxes may contain duplicate cards and will not necessarily complete the entire expansion.

Explore the Japanese SV10 Expansion

The Glory of Team Rocket (SV10) brings Team Rocket back into the spotlight with a collection of Pokémon and Trainer cards connected to the organization.

The expansion includes Team Rocket-themed Pokémon, recognizable characters, and special card illustrations. Its focus on Giovanni and the organization’s Pokémon makes it relevant to collectors who enjoy villain-themed sets and cards that connect Pokémon with their Trainers.

The Japanese release is distinct from the English-language Pokémon TCG products. If language matters to your collection, confirm that the product is the Japanese SV10 edition before placing an order.

Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex

One of the major highlights associated with The Glory of Team Rocket is Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex.

Mewtwo’s connection to Team Rocket makes this card particularly relevant to collectors who focus on the organization’s Pokémon and its history in the Pokémon franchise. The expansion features Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex across multiple collectible rarities, including Special Art Rare cards.

Opening the booster packs provides an opportunity to discover cards from the set, but individual chase cards are not guaranteed simply by purchasing a box.

Giovanni and Team Rocket Trainer Cards

The Glory of Team Rocket also features Trainers connected to the organization, including Giovanni, its iconic leader.

Trainer cards are an important part of the expansion’s theme, linking Team Rocket’s Pokémon to the characters who command them. For collectors, these cards offer another way to explore the relationships and visual storytelling associated with Team Rocket.

Collectors may choose to build a dedicated Team Rocket collection that combines Pokémon cards, Trainer cards, and different rarities from the SV10 expansion.

Team Rocket Pokémon and Collectible Artwork

Beyond Mewtwo ex, The Glory of Team Rocket features other Pokémon associated with the organization. The set includes Team Rocket-themed cards with artwork and card treatments that reflect the expansion’s central theme.

Collectors interested in exploring the set may look for cards featuring Team Rocket’s Pokémon, special illustrations, and higher-rarity versions of selected cards.

Because pack contents are randomized, opening a booster box is a collecting experience rather than a guarantee of obtaining any particular card.

Why Collect The Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box?

The Pokémon TCG Glory of Team Rocket Booster Box offers several features that may appeal to collectors:

• Japanese Pokémon TCG edition: Collect the original Japanese SV10 release.

Whether you plan to open the packs or preserve the sealed box, verify the packaging condition and language of the specific product being sold.

Japanese Glory of Team Rocket vs. English Destined Rivals

The Japanese The Glory of Team Rocket set should not be confused with an English booster box bearing the same name.

The Japanese SV10 release is a distinct product with 30 packs containing 5 cards each. Team Rocket-themed cards also appear in the English-language Scarlet & Violet—Destined Rivals expansion, but the two releases have different product formats and set compositions.

If you want Japanese cards, look for the SV10 product designation and Japanese-language packaging. If you want English cards, check the product title and packaging for the English-language expansion instead.
